1. Who we are

This site is operated by Sunshine Compounds LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Sunshine Compounds", "we", "us"). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms, to our Research Use Only Policy, and to our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old, located in the United States, and acting on behalf of yourself or an organization qualified to handle research materials. You confirm this at site entry, at account creation and at checkout, and we keep a record of each acknowledgment.

3. Research use only

Every product sold here is supplied strictly for laboratory research use. Nothing sold here is a drug, food, cosmetic or medical device, and nothing has been evaluated or approved by any regulatory authority for use in humans or animals. The Research Use Only Policy is part of these terms and sets out permitted use, prohibited use and enforcement.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. One account per person or organization. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the Research Use Only Policy.

5. Orders, pricing and payment

Prices display in US dollars and may change without notice. An order is accepted when payment clears. We may decline or cancel any order, including for compliance reasons, and will refund a canceled order in full to the original payment method. Card details are entered at checkout and are processed by our payment provider; we do not store them.

6. Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Some states are restricted, and a restricted destination is blocked at checkout before payment. Every order ships with cold-chain packaging. Speeds, rates, free-shipping thresholds and the optional Package Protection add-on are shown at checkout and described in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns and refunds

We do not accept physical returns. Damaged, seal-broken, cold-pack-failed or certificate-mismatched items are replaced or refunded under the window in our Returns Policy.

8. Partner Program

Participation in the Sunshine Compounds Partner Program is governed by the program terms shown in your partner dashboard, which are incorporated here for partners. We may change commission structures, holds and payout rules on notice.

9. Certificates of analysis

A certificate of analysis is published for every lot and describes the results an independent laboratory reported for that lot. It is provided for information. It is not a warranty that a product is fit for any particular purpose, and it does not change the research-use-only basis on which every product is supplied.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Products are supplied as described on their certificate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, and our total liability for any claim relating to a product, an order or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the order at issue. We are not liable for any use of a product outside the Research Use Only Policy.

11. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts sitting in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

12. Changes and contact
