Questions
When does commission clear?
Commission is pending for 30 days after the order is paid, which covers the returns window. After that it clears and becomes available to withdraw.
What is the payout minimum?
Payouts start at $100 of cleared commission, and you can request one every 30 days.
How are payouts sent?
You give us a destination: PayPal, a bank account, or something else you tell us about. Requests are reviewed by a person and sent by hand, then marked paid in your dashboard.
What counts as a referral?
Someone who arrives on your link and creates an account. Your code stays with their account, so orders they place later still pay you, and their first order takes 5% off.
How do sub-affiliates work?
Partners you recruit are your sub-affiliates. You earn an override on their sales at your own tier's rate, one level deep. There is no chain beyond that.
