Where we ship

Within the United States only. Some states are restricted; if yours is, checkout will tell you before you pay.

Cold chain

Every order ships in temperature-controlled packaging with a cold pack and an insulated liner. This is included, not an upgrade. Vials are labeled to be kept refrigerated between 2 and 8 degrees Celsius; move the package to refrigeration when it arrives.

Options

Two speeds, a standard service and a faster two-day service, both with cold chain. Rates and the free-shipping threshold are shown at checkout and in your cart, and shipping becomes free once your subtotal passes that threshold.

Package Protection

An optional add-on at checkout that covers loss and transit damage. If a protected package is lost or arrives damaged, start the claim from the order in your portal and we replace or refund the affected items.

Timing

Orders ship on business days. We commit to when we hand a package to the carrier; transit time after that scan is the carrier's, and it is not a delivery guarantee.

Tracking

A tracking number posts to your portal and your email as soon as the label is created.

Damaged or delayed shipments

If a package arrives damaged or a cold pack has failed, contact support@sunshinecompounds.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the vials and we will make it right.
