By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, do not use this site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and acting on behalf of yourself or an organization qualified to handle research materials. Orders ship within the United States only, and some states are restricted.

3. Research use only

Every product sold here is supplied strictly for laboratory research use. Nothing sold here is a drug, food, cosmetic or medical device. No product has been evaluated or approved by any regulatory authority for use in humans or animals, or for any medical purpose.

4. Permitted use

Products may be used only in a controlled laboratory setting by qualified personnel, in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local law and with your institution's safety and handling requirements.

5. Prohibited use

You may not administer any product to humans or animals. You may not resell, repackage or relabel any product for human or veterinary use. You may not represent any product as safe or suitable for any use outside laboratory research.

6. Verification and records

We record a timestamped acknowledgment of this policy at site entry, at account creation and at checkout, and we keep those records. We may ask for more information about you or your organization before accepting an order, and we may cancel and refund an order we are not satisfied with.

7. Enforcement

An account that breaks this policy may be suspended or closed and its open orders canceled and refunded. We decline orders that read as intended for personal use and we do not ship to restricted destinations.

8. Governing terms and contact
